Maya (as always ) Photoshop and Particle Illusion

I did this image about a month ago, using a personal model, I'm not sure if it's finished cuz I would like to add more elements or details, but I thought I'd share it in the meantime.

An ancient kitchen place from the 16th or so century. Which resulted a bit harder to make than I tought it would.

Maya, Mental Ray & photoshop

Just a 3d work a did for a bud of mine who is making his thesis on ancient architecture.

This piece is entitled "The Beast". both characters were designed, modeled, weight-painted and textured with Maya and photoshop, this is one of my first attempts on subsurface scatering skins. Critics are welcome.
